Ren Media is currently recruiting for sales and marketing executives.
The ideal candidate will:
Be hugely proactive and a natural self-starter.
Be a confident communicator and rapport builder.
Be confident and keen to acquire and develop sales and marketing skills.
Be a strong team player but able to work individually when necessary.
Be committed to achieving their and the team's goals and aspirations.
Be focused on selling and securing New Business.
Understand the Chinese market, or be willing to learn about it.
Have or be willing to learn Chinese language skills, particularly reading and writing.
Be educated to degree level, or possess equivalent experience.
Understand Western/Chinese Social Media and other Web 2.0 developments and how to use them in a business context.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience and proof of sales ability during a trial period.
There are also opportunities for the right candidate to work overseas.
